Refund policy
At KIKI Florist, we do not offer refunds for any purchases.
However, if you receive an item that is defective or not up to satisfactory standards, please contact us via the same number you used to place your order. We will assess your claim, and if it is approved, we will issue store credits equivalent to the value of the affected item(s).
All claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Store credits do not expire and can be used at any time for future purchases.
