Shipping policy

At KIKI Florist, we strive to deliver your flowers with care and timeliness.

Delivery Areas:
We currently deliver to Singapore (island-wide) only. 

Same-Day Delivery:
Same-day delivery is available whenever possible, subject to flower availability and delivery slot capacity. Please contact us directly to check if we can accommodate your request.

Self-Collection:
Self-collection is available at KAP Mall, King Albert Park, Singapore. Collection times will be arranged upon order confirmation.

Missed Deliveries:
If no one is available to receive the order, we will leave the bouquet at the doorstep or a safe location. A photo will be sent to you as proof of delivery. Please ensure the recipient’s address is accurate and that it’s safe to leave items unattended.
